Tinja Merlot, organic & biodynamic grown without irrigation. Fermented in open vats with natural yeast, then stored for 12 months in new & 1y/o French oak Puncheons. Garnet red in colour and red currant in aroma. The sweetness of the fruit is balanced with a background of oak and soft tannins. Best drunk from now until 2030.
