These Semillon grapes were handpicked from the 13 year old Vercoe Vineyard which is now fully Certified Biodynamic.  The 2014 vintage was quite a hot year with the grapes ripening evenly.  There is an abundance of clean natural acidity producing a lean style which should age gracefully over many years.  There is a hint of lime, grapefruit and pineapple on the palate with a lovely citrus fruit bouquet.  This wine is to be enjoyed with seafood and other light dishes.  Cellaring for 5 years will be rewarding.
