We source biodynamic grains and mill these into fresh Certified Organic Flour.

Our White Spelt is not pure white, it still retains approx 30% of the bran, germ, germ oils, B vtiamins and minerals.

You buy the bucket, and can then send it back for refill, this gives you two things. absolute freshness, essential with stoneground flour as the germ oils become rancid if left sitting on a supermarket shelf. So you will expereince maximum flavour and nutrition.

Secondly refill a 10kg bucket to access our best pricing.

For home delivery customers , simply leave your empty flour bucket out for collection with your last home delivery box and or Love Water Bottles. We will collect and return to the store. You can then order a refill.

We will mill it in the day or two prior to sending out with your next order.
